Background: Patients with Cushing’s Syndrome (CS) suffer from a variety of neuropsychiatric and cognitive problems. Following remission, some, but not all of these symptoms resolve. Recent cross-sectional studies in patients with CS show persistent structural and functional brain abnormalities.
